contract cancellation

retail mobile credit specialist they activated my sim card to contract without my concern .i cancelled my contract with them however i went to vodacom reason being i wanted to have swim swap ,i was told i have to pay R100 due to am on contract .when i call retail mobile credit specialist they told me the are working on it .Ever since 20/12/17 am unable to do swim swap because thet have not yet updated my information .am not happy with the service that i had with the company no one is taking my complain into consideration .
