Contract cancellation

I am having the same problem being a week waiting for RMCS to cancel an unauthirised contract . I cannot do a sim swap and its frustrating and I am suffering because of Vodacom and this RMCS nonsense . You call and they just promise they said 48hours but lies . Need serious intervention.
