Contract Cancellation

I had to wait for two weeks just to do a simple 5 minute Sim Swap, being told that I will be called while my personal and work life was left hanging. After successfully getting my sim swap done, I logged a call for the contract to be cancelled, it's been two weeks now and I'm still waiting for their call to cancel. I cannot insure my cellphone with my sim card as it is said to belong to RMCS. Please, cancel this contract.
