contract cancellation

Lost my phone on the 14th March 2015. Been trying to do a sim swap, they sending me from pillar to post. Now trying to cancel the flippin' contract. They log a call but don't call. When ypu call again, they tell you that they tried calling and you weren't answering which is bull. When they switch me from prepaid to contract, they didn't log a call. They just converted without calling me, I wasn't even aware that they are going to switch me to contract. Bunch of mafias, RMCS. I curse the day I subscribed to Jet's subscription of airtime. Been using the number from 2007 for crying out loud. Now I haven't been using the number for close to a month.
