Contract cancelation

I am very annoyed with RMCS they converted my pre paid number to contract without my concerned I have been calling them a number of times and I'm always told someone will call me back but no one gets back to me I'm been given refence numbers its companies like these That cause people to be in debt I DON'T WANT THIS CONTRACT I WANT IT CANCELED NOW!!!
