contract breach

Afternoon hope you are well.

I got a phone contract from blue label connect. I have lodge complaints with numerous calls about them double debited my account. There was a stage they took 3 installments.

I don't always have time but they want bank statements for everything even though they can see what they did. I can't go on like this as they are breaching contract agreement.
