Contract being issued without my consent

<p> I lost my phone recently and when i went to do a sim swap at Vodacom I was told that my number was changed to a contract with Rmcs, and i need to call them but that wasnt easy as no one held or responded, I went to egdars and they helped me to get hold of them and i was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to send me the confirmstion letter that i must take to vodacom to do a sim swap for me, which they did send me the letter the following day, now all incoming calls are private numbers, I cannot call anyone back and i cannot see whos calling me. I never gave consent to RMCS to change my number to contract, this is ***** as I never signed anything with them. I dont want to be part of this group, I need my number back to prepaid Vodacom has never given me a problem and I am happy with their prepaid services.
