Consumer prejudiced by bad service

What a bad decision I made! I took a contract in 2024 February. I never received a copy of that contract. I do not know the terms of condition of what I am paying for. I received a phone and am surprised that the phone costs times than retail value. This company refused to provide me with manual banking details, until the account went into areas. They refuse to update the credit bureaus with correct information, though I have paid them and sent proof.
