Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Bluelabel Connect *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* In Oct last year i sent my phn in for repairs. Up until now i have not received my phone yet. As my contract expired 1 feb this year i still have a balance to pay. I am phd every day to pay but still dont have my phn back. They called me jan to tell me they want to send me another phn as mine was not repairable. I asked for Bluelabel to send me this offer in an email. They agreef and confirmed my address for delivery. Still waiting for the phn they promised and the email also never came. Every day i receive calls from their collection dept. I refuse to make a payment arrangement because i still dont have my phn back. I have called Bluelabel and sent emails with no response,
