Complaint..cellphone contract

Herewith I have a complaint regarding my tel number ********** 144..and ref nr ********** ********** .. And spoke to a Sikhumbuzo..And he said that the case will be resolved within 48 hours..as from 13 nov 2018..still no contact from your side.. As I did not receive any 55 airtime..and never did I paid a monthly amount on any contract. As I am on pay as you go..ever since I got this SIM card..7 years ago.. And I want to know in or on who,s name this contract is..as I said and telling you that I never ever received any airtime..and also that I am not paying for any cellphone contract..And this whole matter will be splashed all over all the media..FBook..hello peter..cart Blanche..etc ..So I want this resolved within the next few hours..as this keeps me from porting my number from vodacom to Cell C..or any other network..
