Complaint unheard: very unsatisfactory

I am writing this on behalf of my husband whereby he was put into debt by Blue Label connection for something he never agreed to. Apparently he is arrears with RCS when he checked with RCS they said he had agreement with Blue Label and he never buy or took any device or never had sale agreement with them. He has been making calls and writing emails disputing this and to no avail. He is not getting any assistance. Blue Label Connect stated they got a recording of a sale agreement , then when my husband ask for it, they are refusing to send it. Why are you guys refusing with recording because this will be a proof of sale. You are really hiding something. We had no option now but to take this matter with Ombudsman. Please provide him with the proof. And if you are unable . Please provide him with Ombudsman email and contacts of the consultantis refusing with Ombuds details. This is a day *******, how can someone dispute and you did not want to provide with the proof of sale. I am so very disappointed how your handle your complaints. Please note every cent taken without someone' s consent it's ******* and inhuman. We want our money back. Please respond to us as soon as possible. This very disturbing as my husband has been up and down and not being heard. Unsatisfactory SA citizen
