Complaint about not sent token
I bought a blue voucher on Saturday at about 00:41, 2024/10/26. I never received any voucher pin or token. I keep on phoning them they told that they will escalate the matter. Till to date I didn't get any assistance. I am so furious because of their poor service. They do not know how to deal with customers.
