Complain for the broken phone

I took contract phone they delivered phone without sim tray on the 28\12\2021 I phoned informing about the phone problem on the 29\12\2021 and they promised to deliver new phone or sim tray nothing happen on the 25\01\2022 they debited my account but not solving my problem I am not happy about their service all.
