complain

Good day i have a problem with the company they call RMCS they have a contract with vodacom , i recently lost my phone and sim card and when i went to vodacom to do sim swap i was told i cant because my number is contracted to RMCS of which im not aware off , and i don't recall having my number on contract it was a prepaid number , so i called them at an edcon store in westgate mall they said they will send me a letter to my email to do sim swap they told me it will be done 48hrs till today i haven't received that letter to do sim swap and the ref number for my call was ********** 736071 , so please Vodacom and RMCS do something about this cause i need my number its been two months with matter and this RMCS company of which i dont know off, if this matter is not sorted in 48hrs i will take this matter to the NCR and the ombusment cause what they did its ***** i dont remember joining any contract with them my number was with vodacom on prepaid .
