Complain

I have a conplain about rmcs. I received my jet/edcon statement n i saw im been charged for purchases i made on my acc n also been charged for airtime by rmcs which i dont know about so i called jets acc dept n they sed i must call rmcs n cancel it n get a ref no so i did so n i was told within 24/48 hrs it will be sorted out n cancelled but right until now whichbis over 1 week nothing has been done yet.
