COMPLAIN
MY NAME IS KABO DITHEBE ID NUMBER *** I HAVE COMPLAINING FOR MY NUMBER TO BE CONVERTED TO PREPAID FOR OVER S MONTH NOW THIS COMPNAY CONVERTED MY NUMBER TO A MY MEG ZERO NOT 4U PREPAID THEREFORE CANNOT DO A SIM SWAP WITH VODACOM CAN SOMEONE THAT KNOWS THIS COMPANY ASSIST ME AND THEIR MANAGERS WHOSE ALWAYS IN MEETINGS NOT AVAIALBLE TO ASISST CLIENTS

AGENTS DROPPING THE CALL IN MY EAR AND HAS TO CALL BACK UNTIL THEY DROP AGAIN WHY ARE COMPANIES LIKE DO NOT LOOSE THIER LICENCE OR PAY FEES BECUASE WHAT SARVICE IS THIS?

Good day, kindly note that your number has been successfully converted back to prepaid. You may visit your nearest Vodacom store with your ID & proof of residence, and they will assist you to RICA your sim card to confirm prepaid reactivation.

26 Jul 2023, 11:31Thembinkosi the number was migrated to my meg zero not 4u prepaid, yes you did the migration but its incorrect went to a Voda shop and the number is migrated to my meg zero not prepaid, therefore cannot perform sim swap. your company did incorrect migration and now you guys cannot pick up the number on your system your advisors advised me it was escalated to admin till today..
