Company might have shut down

Good day I had a mobile contract with Blue lable connect and it ran for 24 months. After paying for 24 months I decided to cancel their service since I was never satisfied from day 1.

Now after 5 years they haven't removed their debit check and it reflect as unpaid wich reflects negative on my credit score, I tried all their listed contacts and email with no luck. Even my bank says there's nothing they can do about it.

No they don't debit but it's listed on my debit checks as if I haven't paid. I just need them to remove the debit check

I don't mean to be pushy but how hard is removing a debit check under my name? Does it mean I have it under my name forever? And updates whatsoever. The debit check was paid up I just need it removed for God sake
