Talk about the company that does not care about people is Blue Label Connect, since this morning been calling requesting my statement the only thing the do is to say call this number *** it’s like they are sitting in a same room. I was calling using *** cause the other 2 numbers on their system are not working *** *** there’s a guy I spoke to the first time I called he **** and said I’m sending it now since this hour nothing. Reason I want to send for the update on my profile since they haven’t updated for 3 months

Please confirm what you need from us, Statement or paid up letter?? becuase if you were handed over to debt collectors then you will have to ask them to provide you with your statement as you were paying on their account.
If you are not handed over and still under contract with us, please also confirm for further assistance.

I missed making payments twice reason my capitec account was ****med and i changed the account number again I tried contacting "I DO NOT CARE COMPANY Blue Label) to change my account number with no luck until one day someone from Blue label called me after I posted requesting statement or settlement and still you failed to explain the settlement in details.
