Hi i would like to share my experience with blue label connect, this company is not good at all. They call me to take the cell phone contract and then they deliver the HTC and its worth R799 and i have to pay 449.00 monthly. the phone was delivered and immediately i call the company to cancel the contract and the phone was collected within the 7 days. I was surprise when they debited my account while the contract was cancelled. now i try to call them and they promise they will send me the message for confirmation and until now nothing was send. i did the follow up today again and they told me that is going to take 14 days for checking. i just want my refund only nothing i want from you guys just refund my money and all will be great.
