Collection Of a rooter

Blue Label is the worst company. I cancelled my contract for a rooter with them,on the 22nd August. Which was still under their time frame. Every time when I contact them to follow up when will they collect the item, I get different stories from their consunsultants. They still haven't collected to date and no one is saying anything. The rooter is packed and still unused however they aren't willing to send their couriers to collect.
