change cell number to contract without consent

Cancelled this RMCSA 31 July 2015. To date I have no caller ID and can't return calls to my clients. I have lost a contract worth R1 350 000 because of this. Where is the so called airtime. Please reinstate 2500 talking points too that you cancelled.
