Hi sir/madam I'm very disappointed with the service from the above organisation I requested a sim swop on Wednesday at 2:15 on the consultant said it will take 12 to 24 hours to do it I phone today Saturday at 10:00 the consultant says they can't do the sim swop cos I'm not a contract with them but I was told direct from Vodacom they can't do the sim swop cos it's with rmcs I have to purchase a contract starter pack which cost me 105.00 and phone rmcs they will assist I did that on wed consultant took my details etc and the sim no etc plzzz assist in what to do I need to do the sim swop cos like asap m worst they say a consultant tried phoning me on Friday to tell they can't do nothing that's bull **** lies no calls had come from them if they couldn't get hold on my cell they should phone on my land line cos the consultant took my land no. I'll be appreciated u sort this matter out asap thank you.
