Cellphone contract

I received a call from Blue label connect and they offered me a phone contract. I was promised a phone with 3 front cameras, 64gb memory and they delivered htc phone with 16gb memory and 1 front camera. I called them immediately and they said they are going to send someone to collect it. After few days I called them and they told me that someone is coming to collect the phone. In the beginning of January I received a call that why I didn't pay my premiums and I asked which premiums. They told me I had contract with them and I'm liable to pay it. I told them that since I waited for someone to come collect it and now I'm being asked why I didn't pay premiums. I told them I will then deliver it my self they told me that their office is in Cape Town and I told them that the documents that I received with the phone says their office is in sandton. He told me that I have to wait for collection. In January 30th they did double deductions to my bank account. The next day the 31st I went to their office in Sandton and I was assisted by a chubby lady who took the phone and pressed her laptop sayings she is reporting that I handed the phone. She told me that Friday the 3 I'll be getting my refund. I asked her for a references or proof, she said everything is done electronically. Last week when I call I was told that they are still busy with it they will update me. Today when I call they told that there's no information stating that I handed the phone and refund will be given. I'm being ****** of my hard earn cash by this people. How on earth do they do this?????????
