Cellphone contact but phone is not working
I took out a cellphone contract with Blue Label over a year back. It was a ZTE special that came with a smart watch. Ever since I had that phone I never used it since it does not work at all. It does not work at all. I have contacted, emailed and reported this matter as I just want them to fetch the faulty phone. I have reported it as faulty but they dont even come and take it to see what is wrong with it or replace it with another phone. I now see that I have been handed over for this phone but I think this is unfair as somebody is not doing their job correctly and that it is not fair. I would like for them to sort this matter out as I am not indebted with them and cant pay for something that I have never used.

ZTE BLADE A31
The phone was on standby and then it was making a noise and freeze. Not operating after that and it was reported to Blue label but nobody came to fetch it or sort it out. I would appreciate a new phone if possible and my account removed from ITC.
