Cell phone

These people are ********!!! They collected a phone from my dad that's currently not working in December!!! I just sent my dad money to run through the month as his not working and here blue label debts his account R700 the call center agents never answer how can you debt an account while you damn people have the phone most horrible business ever!!! Sent them numerous emails to contact him not a single person does called the head office and had to send an email again with no response how the hell you guys operate!!!
