Cell phone contract

Good day they phoned me immediately gave me a cell phone contract took days to come back to me when they did gave the courier my wrong address I tried contacting them the number doesn't go through sending them emails no one responded and advising what now I want them to cancell I will not pay for a phone or contract I haven't received really bad service
