cant cancel my contract

<p>i have data and minutes contract which i joined through EDCON. the name of the company i have contracts with is RMCS. i would like to cancel my contract with them, i called them to request the termination and they gave me this ref no: ********** 901753. they promised to come back to me for more info, they never did that. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have been calling them to check on how far are they are with the termination as requested, the phone is forever on switchboard but no answer. their contact details are ********** or ***.</p> <p> </p> <p>kindly assist</p> <p>LM HLONGWANE</p>
