Cannot Unsubscribe from RMCS Edgars Airtime

I have contacted the call centre 4 times and I cannot get anyone to cancel my subscription - either no one answers or they they say they have cancelled it yet it still debits my edgars account. This is **********! I am beyond frustrated with the incompetence of this business.

I have went into edgars branch and they called the call centre as well, we were put on hold for 35 minutes no answer. I want to be unsubscribed immediately or I will take this further.
