Cancellation of Unsolicited Cellphone "Contract" with RMCS - Edgars Account

I have been struggling for the past 3 years to cancel this unsolicited contract with RMCS whom i was just thrust onto, apparently by Edgars. I have an account with Edgars ************2509 which when trying to also cancel after paying in full a month ago, was told i have to provide may travel document i used to open the account with over 7 years. Just to make it a little more difficult to cancel. Back to the RMCS issue, this is a very ********* bunch whom I have been calling countless times since learning after i had lost a phone and tried to do a sim swap that i have a "contract" with them??? Edgars is a very ********* retail chain and so is this RMCS.
