Cancellation of services

Hi.

Im writing to complain abouy rmcs. I have tried on numerous times to contact them regarding cancellation of my contract with them and to return my number to vodacom prepaid. They have being taking my calls and logging reference numbers but there has being no outcome. Now i need a new sim card and vodacom can't give me because rmcs has to cancel my contract. Im really fed up and don't think this is appropriate of what they are doing.
