Cancellation of RMCS airtime contract

I have an account with jet to my surprise i was loaded with R55 of airtime ,then i called the call centre and I was advised that my number is now a contract phone ,I NEVER APP**** FOR A CONTRACT AND NO ONE EVER CALLED ME TO OFFER ME A CONTRACT I WANT THIS CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED ASAP MY NUMBER IS ********** ****,I tried calling rcms and I was sent from pillar to post with no success .
