Cancellation of mobile contract

<p>I was told recently by Vodacom thet I have a top up 75 contract with RMCS . I was very surprised as I did not sign any documents for this contract or received any communication or documentation regarding the contract.</p> <p>I now want to cancel the contract and change it to pre paid only, still with the same mobile number. I found their website and so far, all of the numbers I have phoned, does not exist. I emailed to all the email addresses as on the website, but doubt it if the addresses are even correct and if it is correct, if it was received.</p> <p>How on earth does one make contact with these people and how do I cancel the contract when I have no documentation?</p>
