Cancellation Of Contract

Hi. Im fed up with rmcs they have not responded to me as yet i have a reference number logged sent to me and i can't get a sim swap because of rmcs saying i have a contract with them. They are pathetic when it cones to customer service as well they need to cancel what ever contract i have with them because i did not take a contract with them.my reference number is EDCP-171 ********** 472 and cell number is ********** 993 Lydon Ashton Richards
