CANCELLATION OF AIRTIME SUBSCRIPTION SINCE 2015 not resolved !!!!

<p>I've been trying to cancel my airtime subcription since 2015 and everytime I just get told it will be cancelled next month. this has caused my Jet acc to go into arears and give me a bad name. How can I get this resolved or do I need to seek legal advice ?</p>
