Cancellation and sim swap

I wanted to cancel this as I lost my phone and wanted a sim swap and MTN told me that they cannot assist and I should go contact RMCS. I receive business calls on this number, I was told would have to wait till Tuesday to get assisted. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before the call was answered and now. My number is ***. I don't want anything to do with this RMCS and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If I was still with MTN was going to get sim swap at that moment not having to wait for Tuesday and which I'm sure i will be given the run around. Such an inconvenience and will loose a lot of business. My email a dress ***
