cancellation

I have been trying to cancel a contract with RMCS for the past ?3 years whereby i am getting R49.00 of AIRTIME per month. Initial i was told that the subscription will run for 6 months. That was on the 27 November 2013. I have tried cancelling this subscription several times, call centre agent taking me from pillar to post in a process giving different reference number to no success. <br> <br> This are some of the reference numbers and names of agents that i manage to document since 27/11/2013: <br> <br> 1. Ref No: EDCN-***<br> Date: 12/03/2016<br> <br> They even changed their referencing format (hahaha) <br> <br> Today 08/04/2016 i went to EDGARS store in CLAREMONT WESTERN CAPE to have this issue resolved as i was told on the 12/03/2016 that my problem has been solved, only to find that it wasn't. And i was given another Ref No: EDCN-***. As of today, I am still contracted to RMCS WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
