Cancelation of RMCS contract I knew nothing about!

I don’t have an account with Edgar’s or Jet nor any store for that matters .. I recently lost my phone and SIM card in it . Only when I needed to do a sim swap I was informed that my number is on Contract of which I knew nothing about .. I immediately went to the store to get clarification and was told that it was Open by RMCS or whatever it may be .. apparently I should be receiving airtime every month of which I don’t coz if I did I was going to question it .. what ****ed me off was the fact that I never took anything with them and not sure who told them I can’t buy airtime for myself, either way where on earth are they going to get their money from ??? I did a query with them to cancel this thing and retrieve my number back it’s been almost a week now of always calling and calling non stop but no one seems to want to help . Went back to the store and but no help at all !! I’m struggling to submit a claim for my lost items due to this inconvenience and frustrating situation.. the last Person I spoke to yesterday was a supervisor who promised to get back to me before close of business ( Caroline is her name ) and Adviser was ( Pertunia ) ... I was supposed to have submitted my claim with my insurance before yesterday was the last day but because of this company I couldn’t and I’m not sure who’s supposed to replace my phone now ... I need my number back so I can move on with my life .. it’s soo easy for you guys to do ***** against people but Find it very difficult for you guys to fix your mess .. I’m soo frustrated and annoyed, I will be posting about this company and Edgars on all social media’s and with the influence I have hopefully y’all get exposed of your ***** !! The number I need back is *** and the number you need to call me back on is *** I need this sorted out ASAP !!
