Cancelation of contract

Good day

The RMCS activate my sim card to contract of airtime , they get my information and number through my Edgar's account and they do that contract without telling me and I didn't signed anything regarding that contract. So now I told them to cancel their contract because I don't pay for it and on statements it doesn't appear at Edgar's they cancelled it . It's almost a month's now I told them to cancel and active my sim card to prepaid so they don't want to cancel their contract on my sim card. Please help me so that they can cancel it.
