Cancel the contract l didn't sign

Its now been three years since these this company has been giving airtime while experiencing a bad service from my original service provide which is Vodacom. In those three years l have been trying to cancel this contract but they keep on giving me numerous references and telling me that they will call me within 48hrs which they didn't do it or call me up today.
