Blu Label said they will cancel my contract last week and I went to Vodacom yesterday,I still get the same problem,I'm still blocked to open a contract with Vodacom.

Kindly note that your number has been successfully converted back to prepaid. You may visit your nearest Vodacom store with your ID & proof of residence, and they will assist you to RICA your sim card to confirm prepaid reactivation.
