Breech of contract!

I agreed to a contact phone with this company regarding a Blackview phone and was informed on application that it is a phone with 64 GB onboard storage. When I received the phone I discovered it was a 16 GB. Also on full volume you can't even hear the phone ringing.

When I complained and pointed out the device is faulty and the fact that they supp**** me with the wrong phone they informed me they cannot exchange the phone because it is registered on my name.

This is blatant breach of contract and also refusing to replace a faulty device.
