Bluelable

I received contract cellphone from blue lable connect installment is R300pm ..every months I received R115 Airtime plus 100 sms from bluelable..before 30 minutes when I check my balance I can only see R25.00 Airtime is used and that time I never do any phone calls..if I recharge my prepaid I can't do any calls .it say please recharge your account and I will add other airtime on top of that airtime I recharge it won't make any calls ..i went to bluelable to report the never help me ....the don't have answer why my simcard is doing so ..i call cellc to ask why my simcard can't use prepaid airtime the said to me why you join bluelable telecom..the will eat your money. Cancell the contrac..i turn back to bluelable again to try to cancell my contract..the refused the said noo don't worry within 24hrs your simcard it will activate don't worry..since I went nothing happed and the can't make mistake the always take my money every months ...so I need help now please
