BlueLabelConnect

I purchased a new cell phone a few years ago. During the use of the device, you discover much you are not aware of, Also the billing account I receive. Investigating this with Vodacom as I am a Vodacom client, eventually the source is revealed to me. The device account which I receive monthly, which also is taken care of, happens to be a Blue Label Connect promotion. This is not advertised in the store or anywhere on the packaging one see and receive device in. After a few months, the promotion expired. We were all informed and that was the end of the promotion. ( SO I THOUGHT) This was the beginning of my problems to be able to have the freedom of my sim card. For an entire year, i went back and forth between Vodacom and a Bank of my choice where I wanted to have my number lept but exported to obtain a better Airtime time. However according to Blue Label connect, only the Manager at Vodacom may handle these processes and authorize the changes. They can only speak with him online if I am a presence to confirm the legitimacy of my calls and inquiries. The bank went out of their way to assist me on every attempt I returned every time, having to purchase a new card from the bank to start a new export process due to the outcome of a an unsuccessful process at every attempt.Every time I returned, the employees at Vodacom all tried to dodge me. Also ensured me every-time, it is out of their hands. Its the fastest simplest process which only Blue Label Connect can do on their computers to release the blockage their procedure causes on my sim card. The manager at Vodacom at Tygervalley is one of the most unfriendliest arrogant rude managers I unfortunately had to deal with. Not that he deals with one. Self absorbed and rude. Also made it clear he wanted nothing to do with it. Every attempt, Blue Label connect used a different excuse what they cause of the problem is. My sim is not on the Rica system. My ID is faulty, they need proof of address. Even after all their ridiculous lies were re met. the CYCLE re started. No one knows what to do. No one seem to be qualified in the criteria. No one knows anything about what one discusses, which makes sense that they do not achieve anything to rectify the matter. I left it alone now for a year and 6 months. It is exhausting, relentless and pathetic. It takes my time, travel fee, back and forth. Every-time I get to Vodacom, i have to sit and wait up to an hour at a time. Many employees but playing games on their phones, laugh and chat with one another is at the order of first priority. After they passed you how many times during their in-store socializing, Oh good afternoon, are you in the Que madam. Which is when you feel like saying no, i am waiting for my coffee delivery. I cant find a seat anywhere else which is why I am sitting in Vodacom. I have Shirts printed, business cards etc etc, changing my number will be at a loss of expenses for me. I have now started over and wrote them an email with evidence attached of their promotion which was connected to my number. Still no reply. What would it take to get this matter resolved.

One questions who is at the top, is there any person that no more than desk clerks and or call center operators. I have asked numerous times to please arrange someone to call me which is knowledgeable in the criteria. They never phone back either.

Why must people go through so much time loss on other peoples messes they create. Total disrespect!!! To say the least in a polite manner.

The last so called problem which caused my card to stay connected, according to a employee I spoke with. Claimed it is because my sim is connected to a contract. I never ever in my life had contracts. Always pay as you go. The only contract I ever landed up with is this connection hold Blue Label Connect used my sim card I purchased connected to without giving the buyers a choice in the matter and the catalog of how to become free in the law of using their own sim card again as it may please them.

One can just hope the right person/s would read this and contact one to remove their *******.

Dear Valued Client,

We are sorry to hear that and the incovenience caused by this matter.

We have submitted your line to our networks department to check if it is indeed with us, we will immediately migrate it to prepaid pay as you go and provide feedback to you if line is under us.
