Bluelabel connect messing with my credit score

I had a contract with these people and the phone broke and they took in for repairs and brought it back broken and I requested for it to be fixed and they picked it up and didn't return it, I logged a complain they took 7 months and then brought me a phone that cost less(downgrade) and expected me to pay them still.. I stopped their debit orders and requested that it must be sorted and that was last year November and they said they'll get back to me, now they handed me over to collections lawyers and forcing me to pay for the 7months I didn't have their phone and also for the downgrade.. I requested the collections company to speak to them to sort it out and that was in april 2020 and still today my credit record is affected by them and they are not sorting the matter out
