BLUE LABLE - SINDICATE OF HARASSERS - SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

The worst company the left hand does not know what the right hand does all they interested in in smeering phones of to a person then phone you 15 times a day advising you that all calls are recorded for security purposes and is available on request (what a lie) they do not record they do not protect and they sure as hell do not abide by the Poppi act. Then you make arrangements and they make notes on the system (another lie, in my case the last time anything was updated on the system was on 18 October this year) funny as I have since then spoken to then 6 times a day everytime a different person, and everyone makes notes on the system. When you tell them this they put down the phone. No emails get answered if you ask for recording and the notes on the system they drop the phone on you meaning that they still do not have the answer they need as they can not handle that their customers tell them that as a customer we are actually right as they do not do their work properly for if they have I would not be getting 6+ call a day. Then I know this is only a venting tool as they are so bad on Hello peter already that this will have no effect what so ever on Blue Label Connect, until one day when they will need to take this serious. I am not going to leave this hear. Blue Label employs *********** people that have no passion for they work and to them it is just a job and a form of harassing people. When will one have a company that actually have supervisors and managers that look and check what their staff do this is a syndicate of harassers. I hope some one with care reads this and does something about it. Blue Label you are useless and it shows in your staff
