Blue Lable RCS **** and theft!!!
I was contacted by someone how confirmed that they are from RCS. They went on about a R300 voucher for mobile accessories that they will send me. Which I said I was not interested in. Now I have R179 Blue Label Moblie Content charge and a R0.41 Blue Label Interest charge.
How is this possible?! How did they manage to put a charge on my account without my consent or card details!
Can RCS immediately cancel and reverse both these charges and ensure that this not happen again! This is theft and a ******** offence!

27 Mar 2025, 15:55After my second post starting the subscription was cancelled and refunds done it happened again!!! This is insane! It is now the third time in as many months.
I received an email that confirm it was cancelled. Do no the subscription was not cancelled and went off my account again.
Please assist with reversal, refund and cancellation of the subscription.
Please confirm receipt hereof and that it has been cancelled.
