Blue lable horrible connection

i purchased a cellphone on with this company but last year i lost my phone. they have taken me pillar to post when they are supposed to replace my phone since last year June. You can't find them when you call, but they reach you when they call. Mind you i paying them every month for airtime and data i'm not using . I am going to be forced to change banks so that they cannot get the money. They are very unprofessional. I want nothing to do with them. I have told them a thousand times but they just dont care as long as they are getting money.
