Blue Lable Connect stop debit an invalid Fnb account from Cupido Philander

I ordered via the internet a iphone latest.

Blue Label send the product 43 months later.When I opened the item or product it was not what I wanted and I asked them to cancel the process but they refused and stop respinding to me at all.

What they did well was to deduct from a dormant account from FNB which no more excist.

I informed Blue Lable connect to stop deducting but they refuse to listen and now it bad influencing my credit report.

I just want them to remove the arrears of R2500 and the contract

The cLue of the phone is R1700 and not R10000

Please let them remove the contrat and stop the debit order
