Blue Label/RCS: Where purchases go to die

Do not purchase electricity or use USSD purchases on your Edgars/RCS account. My purchase on 11 April 2025 of R502 has not been redeemed as did not receive a purchase token. I've made numerous calls and emails to both RCS and blue label and no response.
