BLUE LABEL UNAUTHORZED SUBSCRIPTION ON EDGARS ACCOUNT

My mother in-law's Edgars account showed an unexpected transaction in the May 2025 monthly statement. The transaction to the amount of R3999 with description "MOBILE CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION BLUE LABEL" was charged on 16 April 2025 to her account. We emailed Edgars and they responded only by giving us the contact details of BLUE LABEL. We send an email to BLUE LABEL but did not get any response, trying to call them is impossible, number always engaged. My mother in-law is 83 years old and only get a very small monthly pension. She doesn't remember anything about ever authorizing such a transaction. Companies like BLUE LABEL are exploiting vulnerable citizens tricking them to "authorize" unwanted services.
